Ongoing back-office, marketing, or advisory support billed at a fixed monthly fee. Typical engagements range from $2,500 to $15,000 per month depending on scope and headcount supported.
Defined-scope work such as an agency startup, a systems migration, a website, or a custom tool. Typically $1,500 to $25,000, quoted per project and billed in milestones.
Software licenses, supplies, advertising spend, and similar third-party costs purchased on a client's behalf are billed at cost and itemized separately on the invoice.
